Zachary J. Leininger

Zach was raised on an Angus cattle ranch in Southeastern Colorado. Zach attended West Texas A&M University, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and Law in 2016. He then attended the University of Wyoming, College of Law, earning his Juris Doctorate in 2019.

Following graduation, Zach served as the law clerk for the District Court Judge of the Eighth Judicial District Court in Torrington, Wyoming. Zach then became the Deputy County Attorney for Goshen County, Wyoming where he prosecuted all misdemeanor and felony cases. He currently holds a contract with the Wyoming Office of the State Public Defender as a part-time Assistant Deputy Public Defender with the Gillette field office. Zach’s various roles in the legal field have given him significant experience in the realm of criminal law.

Besides criminal defense law, Zach works with Stacy and Jenna with all manner of domestic relations issues. Additionally, Zach assists clients in the areas of estate planning, property law, contract drafting, and probate matters.

During his free time, Zach spends time with his wife, son, and their two dogs. Zach enjoys hiking, riding horses, fishing, and golfing.

Zach is licensed in Wyoming State Courts.
